Float Glass
Sinoy Quality float glass with thickness from 2mm to 25mm is
perfectly clear and flat, the float glass is made of high quality
raw materials, such as the silica sand, soda ash, salt cake,
feldspar, dolomite, etc., are sent to furnace after accurate
weighing, checking and mixing, with heavy oil as fuel, they are
melted into glass liquid under the high temperature 1600~1700.
After refining, the glass liquid is cooled and flows to the Tin
Bath, floating on the surface of tin liquid, Then the shaped glass
is annealed in the lehr and comes out as fine glass meeting
customer’s requirement. Sinoy Glass is with fine physical,
mechanical and optical property. The flat glass suit to various
processing like tempering, double glazing, laminating, curbing,
coating, mirror making, recutting and edging, etc. widely used
after processed by customer in field like automobile, building,
furniture, mirroring and industrial usage optics equipment. Its
reputation on fine cutting property, high transmittance and
